IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT COMMUNICATING WITH SCHOOL AND TEACHERS
For your child’s safety, it is of the utmost importance that the right people get messages concerning students during the day. Teachers can be away from the classroom/ school for a variety of reasons and cannot always pick up your messages. To ensure this happens please read below for details of when, how and who to communicate with during the school day:
Any messages need to be sent to the class teacher AND [email protected]
• If the child is to ride/not ride the bus (email to be received by 1:00pm), kindly send an email to [email protected] and communicate with the bus conductors.
• Please email class teachers and [email protected] if you need to take your child out of school for an EMERGENCY medical appointment. Please give as much notice as possible. (Ideally 24/48 hours)
• All emails received before 3:00 pm on [email protected], will be answered on the same day.
Many thanks,
JPS staff.
